🧾 Returns Eligibility
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return under the following conditions:
- Return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Box/Package opening video is must.
- Product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and invoice intact.
- Certain products are non-returnable (e.g., perishable items, custom orders, innerwear, personal care items, electronics once unsealed). These will be clearly marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
🚫 Return Not Accepted If:
- No Box/Package opening video is provided
- Product shows signs of use, damage, or is missing original components.
- Request is raised after the 7-day return window.
- Product was purchased during a clearance sale or marked “Final Sale”.
- Item is damaged due to mishandling by the customer.
🔁 Return Process
- Go to Your Orders or email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
- If approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup or share the return address.
- Once the item reaches our facility and passes inspection, we will process your refund or replacement, as opted.
💰 Refund Timeline
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and verify the returned item.
- Mode of refund:
- Prepaid Orders – Refunded to the original source (bank/UPI/card).
- COD Orders – Refunded via UPI or bank transfer (we will request details).
💸 Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item sent by us, we will bear the return shipping costs.
- If returning for personal reasons (e.g., changed mind, not needed), return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.
🛡️ Damaged or Wrong Item Delivered

🔄 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
