๐Ÿงพ Returns Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • Return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Box/Package opening video is must.
  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and invoice intact.
  • Certain products are non-returnable (e.g., perishable items, custom orders, innerwear, personal care items, electronics once unsealed). These will be clearly marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page.

๐Ÿšซ Return Not Accepted If:

  • No Box/Package opening video is provided
  • Product shows signs of use, damage, or is missing original components.
  • Request is raised after the 7-day return window.
  • Product was purchased during a clearance sale or marked “Final Sale”.
  • Item is damaged due to mishandling by the customer.

  1. Go to Your Orders or email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
  3. If approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup or share the return address.
  4. Once the item reaches our facility and passes inspection, we will process your refund or replacement, as opted.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Refund Timeline

  • Refunds will be processed within 5โ€“7 working days after we receive and verify the returned item.
  • Mode of refund:
    • Prepaid Orders โ€“ Refunded to the original source (bank/UPI/card).
    • COD Orders โ€“ Refunded via UPI or bank transfer (we will request details).

๐Ÿ’ธ Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item sent by us, we will bear the return shipping costs.
  • If returning for personal reasons (e.g., changed mind, not needed), return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.
